Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) before using the https://integrativemindfulnessmovement.com/ website (the “Service”) operated by The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. You warrant that you are at least 18-years-old and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are under 18-years-old, you warrant that you have obtained consent from your parent or guardian and they agree to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
PURCHASES If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. The Service is not designed to provide qualitative advice regarding the fitness for purpose and merchantability of any products or services. We strongly advise you to exercise caution and do your own due diligence in conducting any transactions through the Service.
SESSIONS Sessions can be scheduled via booking online, email or call. Sessions are 55 minutes, unless stated otherwise. Mini-Sessions are 30 minutes, unless stated otherwise. Mini-Sessions apply to returning customers only. The instructor is not obligated to make up time due to lateness of the participant and must end the session at the scheduled time. For any online or in-person session, it is your responsibility to contact the instructor. More than 20 minutes tardiness constitutes a late cancellation. In some cases, the instructor will wait and work with you for the remaining time. However, this is solely up to their discretion to conduct the session. In either case, you will be charged fully for the session for lateness or no-show. Regular set appointment are encouraged, practicing two to three times a week will allow you to best experience benefits.
PAYMENT AND EXPIRATION Each participant is responsible for payment, in full and in advance, to the scheduled session. All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Payments via Venmo, Zelle or Cash are preferred. Payments via Stripe, Square, Venmo or Paypal might subject to additional transaction fees for transaction processing costs, these pricing and fees will be applied to your total purchase and correspond to the latest Pricing & Fees these respective vendors charge as transaction processing fees.
All sessions, programs or packages have an expiration date stated on the quote and/or receipt. Any unused sessions are forfeited upon expiration.
ONLINE OFFERING REGISTRATION POLICY The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement offers classes/programs/events that are educational programs, not a clinical treatment. Registrations are accepted online with payment by credit card only. All classes with The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement are subject to audio and video recording. If you wish not to be seen or heard, please mute your video and audio.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY You agree that we shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of using the Service, The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC and its employees, copying, distributing, or downloading Content from the Service. In no event shall the Service, The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC and its employees, be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damage (including loss of business, revenue, profits, use, privacy, data, goodwill or other economic advantage) however it arises, whether for breach of contract or in tort, even if it has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage. In no event shall we be liable for any claims by a third party in tort or contract, or pursuant to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) including, but not limited, to any misleading statements made and/or incorporated into any Content provided by third parties, such as manufacturers and wholesalers, and users of the Service, The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC and its employees. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the data inputted. You have sole responsibility for adequate security protection and backup of data and/or equipment used in connection with your usage of the Service, The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC and its employees, and will not make a claim against for lost data, re-run time, inaccurate instruction, work delays or lost profits resulting from the use of the Service, The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC and its employees. You must not assign or otherwise dispose of your account to any other person. Without limiting the foregoing, in no event will our aggregate liability to you exceed, in total, the amounts paid by you to us.
Your agreement to participate in any event and all ensuing events, including but not limited to group or private sessions, workshops, seminars, webinars, retreats, meetings, online learning in-person or online through live-stream and recording via any electronics devices or apps, with the Service, The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC and its employees means that you agree to the following: I understand that in any event I have enrolled with the Service, The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC and its employees, that I may be instructed to perform strenuous physical activity. I hereby absolve Service, The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC and its employees from any responsibility for injuries I might sustain while practicing any physical activities or any actions learned with or by Service, The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC and its employees. I hereby release for myself, my heirs and assigns, Service, The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC and its employees from any claims, demands and causes of actions arising from my participation in an exercise program. Agreement to this will act as your continued agreement to all ensuing events, including but not limited to group or private sessions, workshops, seminars, webinars, retreats, meetings, online learning whether in-person or online through live-stream and recording via any electronics devices or apps.
WAIVER FOR ONLINE OFFERING The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement offers sessions in mindfulness meditation and movement methods that often involve working with thoughts, feelings and body sensations to help participants bring awareness to and manage their internal and external responses. I understand that if for any reason I am unable to or think it unwise to engage in these techniques and exercises during any online, in-person or at home session, I am under no obligation to engage in these techniques, nor will I hold The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement or teacher liable for any injury incurred from these exercises. I also understand The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement programs are educational and are not a clinical treatment, and that if I need any medical or psychiatric health intervention or assistance during the event, class series, or program, in which I am participating, that it is my responsibility to seek out such services. Your participation and registration indicates you voluntarily agree to the above statements. Participation in any activities with The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement are entirely voluntary. The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement is not responsible for any personal injuries or any other harm sustained by you while pursuing any activity either on-site or online. All activities with The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement, including retreats and volunteer work, are entirely at your own discretion. If you have any concerns about your ability to safely participate in or complete any activity, please speak to the teacher.
CANCELLATION We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24-hours before your appointed time unless stated otherwise in your individual agreement or you will still be responsible for paying for the session. Once registered for online events and recordings, there is a zero cancellation policy. That means that you cannot cancel your registration once you have paid for them. There are no refunds. There are no exception to this policy.
ONLINE GROUP CLASS REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY Refunds requested two weeks or more before the class start date will be assessed a $25 administrative fee. We regret that we cannot give refunds after this date. Refunds should be requested by phone or email. Please honor our refund policy. Postponing Enrollment: Credit towards a future class will be provided if a registrant requests via email 5 days prior to the date of the event or the first date of the class series offered. Credit must be used towards the next event or class series immediately following the missed program. NO EXCEPTIONS. (for example: if postponing a May/June class series you will have to use your credit and enroll in the July/August class series) Make-Up Class: No make-ups, refunds, prorate, or credit will be issued for participants who do not participate in any or all of the online class. Cancellation: The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. Registrants will be notified in advance of the class.
AVAILABILITY, ERRORS AND INACCURACIES We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other Websites. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. The content is provided without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
SUBSCRIPTIONS Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC customer support team. A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
FREE TRIAL The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you have cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected. At any time and without notice, The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
FEE CHANGES The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
REFUNDS Certain refund requests may be considered by The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC .
PRODUCT RETURNS There are no returns on downloaded items.

SESSIONS Sessions can be scheduled via booking online, email or call. Sessions are 55 minutes, unless stated otherwise. Mini-Sessions are 30 minutes, unless stated otherwise. Mini-Sessions apply to returning customers only. The instructor is not obligated to make up time due to lateness of the participant and must end the session at the scheduled time. For any online or in-person session, it is your responsibility to contact the instructor. More than 20 minutes tardiness constitutes a late cancellation. In some cases, the instructor will wait and work with you for the remaining time. However, this is solely up to their discretion to conduct the session. In either case, you will be charged fully for the session for lateness or no-show. Regular set appointment are encouraged, practicing two to three times a week will allow you to best experience benefits.
PAYMENT AND EXPIRATION Each participant is responsible for payment, in full and in advance, to the scheduled session. All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Payments via Venmo, Zelle or Cash are preferred. Payments via Stripe, Square, Venmo or Paypal might subject to additional transaction fees for transaction processing costs, these pricing and fees will be applied to your total purchase and correspond to the latest Pricing & Fees these respective vendors charge as transaction processing fees.
All sessions, programs or packages have an expiration date stated on the quote and/or receipt. Any unused sessions are forfeited upon expiration.
ONLINE OFFERING REGISTRATION POLICY The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement offers classes/programs/events that are educational programs, not a clinical treatment. Registrations are accepted online with payment by credit card only. All classes with The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement are subject to audio and video recording. WAIVER FOR ONLINE OFFERING The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement offers sessions in mindfulness meditation and movement methods that often involve working with thoughts, feelings and body sensations to help participants bring awareness to and manage their internal and external responses. I understand that if for any reason I am unable to or think it unwise to engage in these techniques and exercises during any online, in-person or at home session, I am under no obligation to engage in these techniques, nor will I hold The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement or teacher liable for any injury incurred from these exercises. I also understand The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement programs are educational and are not a clinical treatment, and that if I need any medical or psychiatric health intervention or assistance during the event, class series, or program, in which I am participating, that it is my responsibility to seek out such services. Your participation and registration indicates you voluntarily agree to the above statements. Participation in any activities with The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement are entirely voluntary. The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement is not responsible for any personal injuries or any other harm sustained by you while pursuing any activity either on-site or online. All activities with The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement, including retreats and volunteer work, are entirely at your own discretion. CANCELLATION We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24-hours before your appointed time unless stated otherwise in your individual agreement or you will still be responsible for paying for the session. Once registered for online events and recordings, there is a zero cancellation policy. That means that you cannot cancel your registration once you have paid for them. There are no refunds. There are no exception to this policy.
ONLINE GROUP CLASS REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY Refunds requested two weeks or more before the class start date will be assessed a $25 administrative fee. We regret that we cannot give refunds after this date. Refunds should be requested by phone or email. Please honor our refund policy. Postponing Enrollment: Credit towards a future class will be provided if a registrant requests via email 5 days prior to the date of the event or the first date of the class series offered. Credit must be used towards the next event or class series immediately following the missed program. NO EXCEPTIONS. (for example: if postponing a May/June class series you will have to use your credit and enroll in the July/August class series) Make-Up Class: No make-ups, refunds, prorate, or credit will be issued for participants who do not participate in any or all of the online class. Cancellation: The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. Registrants will be notified in advance of the class.
AVAILABILITY, ERRORS AND INACCURACIES We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other Websites. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC customer support team. A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. FREE TRIAL The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you have cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected. FEE CHANGES The Institute for Integrative Mindfulness and Movement also known as IIMM, LLC in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
