All-Level Mindfulness Class blending periods of mindfulness meditations, mindful movement sequences (gentle yoga-style with stretches) and open invitations for experience sharing.

All-Level Barre Class for anyone interested in a dynamic full-body workout where you will build stamina and strengthen the body with long lean toned muscles from head to toe! Optional equipment: weights and ball.

FALL EQUINOX - MINDFULNESS AWARENESS CLASS

All-Level Class offered to develop lifelong skills to live a life in health and awareness. Each week, a theme specifically chosen to cope with the current times and to adapt will be explored through a variety of activities.

All-Level Class welcoming anyone wanting to midday-break to wake up the body and awaken the mind! You are guaranteed to move the spine in every direction in a minimally sweaty fully-body workout, stretch, and rest.

All-Level Class honoring the Pilates Guiding Principles of Breath, Whole-Body Commitment, and Whole-Body Health for balanced muscle development, physical fitness and overall well-being.

Please sign-in at least 24-hour in advance of taking class and at the very latest 90-minutes prior to class starts, so your registration can be processed.  

You can either sign in for a single class or consider a package to better sustain your overall health and well-being. 

Packages can be used across different types of classes. Email us here in advance to tell us across which classes you’d like to use the package.
